We’re the bridge between Industry and Indigenous Communities
Pivotal works directly with our partners to navigate the intricate dynamics of Indigenous relations. We’re not just another Indigenous consultancy focused on obtaining permits. We’re dedicated to helping companies, governments, and Indigenous communities build enduring, mutually beneficial relationships through expert advisory and Indigenous relations awareness training.
Our advanced Indigenous relations training programs are designed to transcend conventional approaches, guiding you and your teams to a state of heightened understanding. Going beyond the standard, our tailored programs delve deep into the intricate dynamics that shape relations with Indigenous Peoples. We aim not just to inform but to foster a profound comprehension, encouraging participants to explore the nuances of cultural diversity, historical contexts, and contemporary issues.
Despite our polarized world, we believe solutions must be achieved with a collaborative relationship-based approach. Everything and everyone shares an intricate connection, possesses a unique purpose, deserves respect, and has a meaningful purpose in the grand design of life. Therefore, we honor all perspectives and seek equitable business solutions that balance the long-term well-being of Indigenous communities with economic development.
A Pathway to the Future
We envision a future where the business community views equitable and fair relationships with Indigenous partners not as a barrier but as a pathway to the future. Our goal is to inspire companies to cultivate positive relationships with Indigenous communities from the outset, recognizing that these connections are vital and rewarding.
